We will ask for make, model and year. What type of key you had or have and determine exactly what job you need done. We will then give TOTAL price and all options available for you. Will also provide all forms of payment available. No hidden fees at all and no extra unlock car fee when all keys are lost!
Always ask for locksmith ID once the locksmith gets there, If they can't provide. Tell them to leave. Do NOT pay them any money for their wasted time!! If they threaten you, call the police.
What do scammers AND some legitimate shady locksmiths do? They will give a lower price and then start adding BS fees once they are at the car. Here are some of the popular scams...
1) I need to order key code so I will add that to your total.
2) I need to order token(s) and will add that to your total.
3) Door is locked so we will need to add an unlock fee.
4) Your car has updated security and it will cost more to do.
Total BULLSHIT!!! Any good locksmith company will determine all those cost and give you TOTAL price before you approve work. Please don't be a victim.
ONLY time our fees will change is if customer gives wrong information from the questions we asked.
Example... Customers says you insert key into ignition to start but when we get there car is a proximity push button system.
Car is not year given and uses a totally different programming system.
