1)  How do I make appointment?

Just TEXT me what day & time YOU would like to come to my location from the schedule above.

2)  What's your suite #?

I don't have one.  I'm in mobile shop.  I park next to the ATM pictured above.

3)  Does price include program/cut/part?

Of course!!!  Price sent is TOTAL for everything unless I let you know otherwise.  So it includes part, cutting and programming if needed.  Taxes are already included in price sent.

4)  Do you offer mobile service?

Yes!  You are on this page as you made it seemed you can drive vehicle to my location and save on mobile fees.

If that's not the case or you want to chill at home, send me address or approximate location and I will calculate extra fee.

5)  Are you licensed, insured?

Yes.  Also background checked by Washoe Sheriff.  Carry Business license for Reno, Sparks and Washoe county.  Also have business insurance, locksmith license and NASTF approved.  All this paperwork is in my work van if you need to verify.

6)  What happens after 15 days?

Due to the high amount of people who love to waste my time.  If you haven't done the work, you are better off going elsewhere.  I only deal with serious customers.
