Does it include program/cut?

Price sent is TOTAL for everything unless I let you know otherwise. So it includes part, cutting and programming.

Why is price good for 7 days?

This is to weed out the flakes who are not really interested and just like wasting time. Price will go up after 7 days.

How do I make appointment?

Just text me a day and time and I'll see if I can do it. Please don't ask "when can I make it?"

When can I come over?

As the question above... I don't know your schedule. Best to let me know on the same day. I will make arrangements to be at location with the time we agree on.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes! You are on this page as you are able to drive to me and save some money. If you are real busy or have extra money for the luxury of staying home/work, let me know and I will quote an extra mobile fee.

What days you work?

7 days a week

Why don't you have a store?

Waste of money paying rent IF 90% of my jobs I have to drive to customers who have lost their key or locked them in the car.

Are you licensed? Insured?

Yes. Also background checked by Washoe Sheriff. Carry Business license for Reno, Sparks and Washoe county. Also have business insurance, locksmith license and NASTF approved. All this paperwork in my work van if you need to verify.

What's the difference between you and retail location?

Prices! As I don't have to pay rent/lease, I'm able to pass on savings to customer
